Registered Homes

Delos Registered Homes provide support to adults with learning
disabilities and associated needs. Our small, community based homes are located near the centre of  Wellingborough in Northamptonshire. We have 30 years experience supporting disabled adults and have achieved productive working relationships with a wide range of authorities.

Delos aims to provide a full spectrum of services from intensively supported resources to independent living with minimal support. Our registered services are for those who
require more intensive transitional support before moving on.

Our areas of expertise include:

Dual Diagnosis
Many adults with learning disabilities have additional mental health problems – however, services able to cater to this blend of needs are in short supply. At Delos we have successfully supported adults with dual diagnosis for many years and have strong working relationships with mental health professionals and a number of private hospital
providers.

Complex Needs/Behaviour Support
We have successfully supported a number of individuals to understand and manage their behaviour more effectively. We also work with people who have a range of other complex backgrounds including forensic histories, Phenylketoneuria (PKU) and autism.

Transitions and Skills Building
Our more intensively resourced provisions have a role to play in supporting both those with more complex needs and those who do not feel ready yet to move into independent accommodation. Our support teams are trained in supporting disabled adults to develop new skills, whether practical, vocational or academic.

Delos is committed to assisting our members to develop their own networks in the local community.
